PROVENCE CHIPS (siège social à Allauch/Bouches-du-Rhône, 9 salariés), entreprise fabricante des célèbres Chips d’Allauch, en liquidation judiciaire, a été reprise sur décision du tribunal de commerce d’Aix-en-Provence par son concurrent FAMILY CHIPS / T : 04.42.02.18.80 (siège social aux Pennes-Mirabeau/ Bouches-du-Rhône). Le retour en rayon est annoncé pour septembre prochain et le repreneur a annoncé investir deux millions d’euros dans l’usine, rapporte Le Journal des entreprises. www.provence-chips.com www.familychips.com
