La société d'investissement EURAZEO / T : 01.44.15.01.11 (siège social à Paris 17e, 36,8 milliards d’euros d’actifs sous gestion, 400 salariés) a annoncé avoir signé un accord portant sur la cession de sa participation dans Cognigy, expert mondial de l’intelligence artificielle conversationnelle et agentique appliquée à la relation client, à NICE Ltd, expert des solutions clients alimentées par l’intelligence artificielle.
