IMMOBILIER : Grand Lyon Habitat aménage un bâtiment pour 35 nouveaux logements sociaux étudiants
GRAND LYON HABITAT (siège social à Lyon/Rhône), premier bailleur social sur Lyon intra-muros, qui gère un parc de 27 000 logements dans la METROPOLE DE LYON / T : 04.78.63.40.40, réalise un chantier d’acquisition-amélioration d’un bâtiment du XIXe dans le 9e arrondissement de Lyon. Cette opération a pour objectif d’aménager 35 nouveaux logements sociaux étudiants. Les premiers occupants pourront emménager pour la rentrée scolaire 2027. www.grandlyonhabitat.fr
