La société SANTEVET (siège à Lyon), spécialisée dans l’assurance-santé animale, voit son actionnariat renouvelé. La société affiche une croissance annuelle de 20 % depuis 13 ans. Elle compte 120 salariés pour un CA de 35 M€ en 2015 et 150.000 contrats gérés l’an dernier. SERENA CAPITAL et IDINVEST PARTNERS cèdent leur participation, soit 75 % du capital, à Columna Capital.
