INEDIT : Un très rare homard bleu accueilli à Océanopolis

Les spécialistes estiment qu’un homard sur deux à trois millions est naturellement bleu, dépourvu du pigment rouge-orangé original. Au début du mois d’avril, un tel spécimen a été pêché en baie de Saint-Brieuc. Il a été récupéré au restaurant LA CABANE A CRABES, à Binic. Le 18 avril 2017, ce homard a été transféré à OCEANOPOLIS / T : 02.98.34.40.40 à Brest, où il a rejoint l’espace Minilab (pavillon Bretagne) inauguré en février dernier. www.oceanopolis.com/
