La société FM LOGISTIC FRANCE / T : 03.87.23.12.12 installée à Phalsbourg (Moselle) vient de louer un entrepôt logistique situé à Saint-Cyr-en-Val (Loiret) offrant une surface de 75.000 m2. La société Montea France a en effet vendu 3 actifs de son portefeuille français à Patrizia Logistik Invest Europa I pour 60,4 M€.
