Le groupe automobile STELLANTIS (siège à Vélizy Villacoublay) annonce qu'il envisage la prise d'une participation au capital de la société SYMBIO / T : 04.76.87.39.56, spécialisée dans la mobilité, et co-entreprise entre Michelin et FAURECIA / T : 01.72.36.70.00. Des négociations exclusives sont en cours, l'opération permettant à Stellantis d'accélérer dans la commercialisation de produits à faibles émissions. www.stellantis.com
