L’APE rend ses actions Alstom à Bouygues
L’AGENCE DES PARTICIPATIONS DE L’ETAT a annoncé avoir rendu à BOUYGUES ses actions de ALSTOM. Elles faisaient l’objet d’un prêt depuis juin 2014. Le gouvernement n’a pas voulu exercer son option d’achat. Il s’agit d’un préalable au rachat d’Alstom par SIEMENS.
